I have a mixture of plasmids (with Origin of replication that can work in Pichia pastoris) with different genes for protein expression. Is it possible that after chemical heat shock transformation, more than 1 type of plasmid enter and result in production of >2 different protein upon induction?

Hi there,
Double transformation may occur. If the plasmid backbone is unique (ie. bearing a unique selection marker) the probability to maintain the 2 genes is low and will decrease with time. For a stable expression of both proteins, you should use 2 plasmids with 2 different selection markers and apply double selection after transformation.
