I was graduated as Master of Science in field of electronic engineer.
I have an idea about developing a measurement device (Coriolis flow meter) and I am going to realize it.
Because this project needs to use expensive tools and a multi discipline environment, how can I do that?
Is there or someone to accept me with this condition?

It is possible to define a research topic for your thesis work by yourself. Only thing is that you have to find out a competent guide for this purpose and discussion your problem with him. If he is convinced with your idea about its feasibility, then you can start you work in his guidance. This is necessary because for Ph. D. work a supervisor is must. You can not get registered any where without the consent of a supervisor.

For doing some projects that need financial supporting you have to find an organization which can support your work and use the results. Because the universities are rarely eager for supporting students, unfortunately. About supervisor, it is definitely necessary that someone guide you for doing the best.

Yes, as you mentioned, I must collaborate with an accomplished supervisor who will be helped you by fund and knowledge and definitely this is difficult choice.
