Is it OK if I do invivo study for one plant sample?

I have taken 3 plant samples for my research on hepatorenal toxicity, due to ethical issues I' m just doing invivo for one plant sample and other two samples plan to go for in vitro studies.Am I on the right track please suggest me. What am I to do further.

I think we need a lot more information - from what is written, you seem to be concerned about the ethics of working on plants!!! Research experiments are normally conducted a number of times (at least 6) so as to generate sets of experimental data to which comparative statistics can be applied.
