You ask the following: "Is it necessary to marry?"
To marry or not to marry belongs to the sphere of personal jurisdiction. As such, it is not necessary to mary. Even so, when we meet our mate soul, to mary is a good decison. To love and to be loved makes us happy people.
If you think of marriage as an institution, it is not necessary. But having a healthy, intimate and long lasting relationship is definetly necessary for the mental and physical well-being of individuals. It does not have to be marriage, cohabiting is also good.
It is not necessary, beecause to marry belongs to the sphere of peronal jurisdiction. However, if noboby get married, our species would be in risk. If we get married, then we can give rise to children that may come to be citizens of the world and hence interested in pursuing the true, the goof, and the beautiful.
These days it is not absolutely necessary to marry unless you are a deeply religious person who believes that you will incur some wrath if you remain single. Times have changed. People of both genders are working and holding onto great careers. So why spoil a good thing by getting involved in marriage which has a 50% chance of being successful?
If the person is financially capable, "it is possible for him to marry, because the main reason for not marrying at the present time is the material reasons. Marriage is not compulsory or necessary." But marriage remains the basis of family formation and is the smallest institution in society.
I think it depends on the culture and society in which one grows in. In some cultures married is a very big deal and you can’t attain postions of respect without it. In others its not. When all is said and done, marriage is an individual choice. We all should have the right to do or not do.
