My friend who is a Credit Review Officer is working on a research project. The outcome need to be published hence facing difficulties.
Bank of Bhutan is not allowed in institution details. Any suggestions
There is no problem with this, because there are no restrictions with respect to professions. Anyone in the world can publish. Many banks are already in ORCID's database and will be shown in a drop-down list when starting to type in "Bank of ...". If the name of an institution (or a bank in this case) is not in the list, just type the name in, add the city, select the country and click on Save. I tested it right now, adding the Bank of Bhutan to my biography (and of course, I deleted it immediately after the test).

I do not think is a problem unless Bank of Bhutan specifically has it in the rules you cannot do this.
If it is more that you are worried about ORCID, an alternative is to be listed as an "independent researcher".
