While talking to my friend, I found very suprising thing, she said I will go for tissue culture training (only to get job) although she had Masters in above listed subject with research work in biochemistry. After all she had an exposure towards this subject both theory and practical at bachelors and masters level. Is it to keep this idea or not?

In course of time you will also realize that there is a vast difference between learning in M. Sc. classes and gaining knowledge through experience.
