Does a project assistant also get a chance to be a part of Project Research Papers? Can it be a good opportunity for a student to take PA position for an experience?

If a project assistant has inquisitiveness to learn then he/she will definitely gain experience. However, a student should not join as a project assistant by missing the regular classes.
Normally the name of a PA is not included in the paper but can be included if the PA has also some significant contribution towards the publication. In my opinion just including the name as a favour does not make any sense.
May be sir you are taking my question in a different way (For favour) or may be I am sounding like favour demanding but for a student to join under any project as a PA many aspects must be made clear in mind and thanks for your views Subir Bandyopadhyay
Researcher is researcher, whether its PA or fellow. The critical thing is scientific contribution. If you contribute, your name will certainly be included and if not, its a scientific misconduct.
It depends of their job descriptions as obtainable in your institution
I agree with Dr Pandey . As he said, if you contribute and work hard towards a project you deserve to be a part of the manuscript irrespective of your post, else its a scientific misconduct. Many authors does know but are not deemed to follow. Also, having knowledge towards your rights is also your prerequisite! Good Luck.
