I investigate microRNAs in patients' cell-free plasma with cardiovascular diseases.

I isolate with Qiagen miRneasy Serum/Plasma kit, apply miScript II RT Kit and then miScript SYBR Green PCR kit.

The normalizer gene (SNORD61) Ct value approximately 35, but the target microRNA genes 42-55 Ct.

I have read these types of microRNAs in articles, and results of other labs are 26-28 Ct values.

Are my results acceptable? We shouldn't validate the PCR, if the Ct values are more than 45, as I know correctly.
