I infected Vero cells with Rubella antigen in serum free media; post 11 days of infection I had to freeze the plate because of some reasons. After a week, I thawed the plate and ran ELISAs and found a perfect titer (1.5E+07)!!
I was wondering if I got the true titer or it is simply because the release of viruses from the cells during freezing or thawing?

Just to clarify, you infected Vero cells with rubella virus (not just an antigen), correct? Was your dilution range was broad enough that you had negative wells in your most dilute rows? If so, and assuming that your ELISA detects a viral antigen that is stable with freeze-thaw then there is no reason to think that your measured titer is incorrect. Even if the freeze-thaw released some intracellular virus from cells, those cells were infected and thus the well should be scored as positive.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, I had infected Vero cells with Rubella Virus and my dilution range was 10E-01 to 10E-08 (10 fold serial dilution). So, I expect my last raw would not have sufficient virus to propagate or infect the cells.
