Is HT22 cell line an excellent model for studing beta amyloid aggregation, expression of secretases and amyoid precursor protein?

I am working on Alzheimer's disease using a cell line model. I want to know if HT22 cell line is appropriate to measure Beta secretase activity, amyloid aggregation, and expression of amyloid precursor protein including other secretases.
