You should be fine just beware of new peaks that might show up e.g. I have seen that a peak shown up in the CV at around 0.3 - 0.5V during the oxidation cycle i.e. emeraldine phase.
yes. graphite can be used carbon paste electrode for polymerization. when used of cyclic voltametry between -.2-0.8 V it is imposible

Yes Mr.Safdar Muhammad, you can use graphite as working electrode. Carbon Paste Electrodes are preparing by graphite powder (with different sizes) only. You can ectropolymerize any polymers on it. For better conductivity you can use graphene also.
