Is it possible to co-infect mammalian cells (mouse or human) with two lentiviral vectors (identical transfer plasmid backbone but different cDNA)?

I am using second generation helper plasmids and vsv G envelope. I'd like to produce two different types of LV but infect the same cells with both supernatants. Is it possible to infect in one step or do the infections have to be one after the other to allow stable integration of each construct? Any experience is very much appreciated.
