Recently, an archived version of the Beall's list comprising a list of potential predatory journals created by a librarian Jeffrey Beall pointed at some questionable, scholarly open-access standalone journals. This list, as herewith attached, consists of many journals which are indexed in established databases- SCOPUS (even SCImago ranked most times), PubMed, and Web of Science (ISI, including those with good citation indices) and of considerable impact factors (IF). Surprisingly, RG listed some of these journals with one having RG Score of 2.58 (imagine a big score on RG). I don't want to mention names but you may go through the list as attached and do personal survey.

NOTE: This list was recently updated (May, 2019).
