I will be running a flow analysis of human peripheral blood with an interest in many cell subtypes. I have made some panels, can someone look over them and tell me if I will find the cells I am looking for using these panels? Some of the markers I have used are not ideal markers but I am working with what we already have in the lab. It would be nice to not have to purchase anymore antibodies but if some of the markers I have used are flat out not going to work for that cell type please let me know. This is a big task to ask of anyone so thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to help me out.
Single stain controls.
