Is anyone familiar with glyxtoolms software or converting MS data?

Hi everyone,

I have LCMSMS data obtained by Orbitrap. I need profile precursor (MS1 ) scans together with centroided fragment (MS2 ) scans in MZML format. I have converted my data by MSConvert but when I run the data in glyxtoolms, I encounter this error that centroid data provided but profile spectra expected. Does anyone have experience in this field?
