2. By 32 weeks damage is done .

3.Most become asymptomatic at 37 weeks.

4 . Predictor for adverse fetal outcome cannot be pinpointed .

5. By this logic all should receive steroid and deliver by 32 weeks.

6. I have seen case postpartum unexplained IUD with no risk factors in mother other than IUD.

Point no 6 ...read postpartum fetal demise with no other risk factors other than IHCP.

1. As per available literature neurological and cardiac damage is done by 28 - 32 weeks inspite of UDCA.

2. It has been noticed that levels of enzymes including LDH have no correlation with neonatal outcome.

3. We give UDCA, Periactin , Inj Vit K ( 3 doses) , Dexamethasone and inspite of that observe IUD, Early neonatal death, Pulmonary haemorrhage, and all are unpredictable inspite of delivery at 37 weeks.
