Be careful with this one. The journal “mathematical statistician and engineering applications” https://www.philstat.org.ph/index.php/MSEA is the fake/hijacked version of a real and genuine journal. They use ISSN 2094-0343 but if you search this you end up with another journal https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/2094-0343#

The real and legit journal with ISSN nr. 2094-0343 can be found here https://www.psai.ph/home.php and is called “The Philippine statistician” Click on publications and you end up here https://www.psai.ph/publications.php and if you click on https://www.psai.ph/tps.php?page=1&max=10 you will find all papers (round ten annually).

There are more red flags that “Mathematical Statistician and Engineering Applications” is fake:

-Contact info lacks a physical address

-The “Mathematical and Research Society” is a made-up name, no online presence and info can be found

-At least I was unable to find an editorial board

-The fake journal mentions besides the ISSN nr. belonging to another (the real) journal another ISSN nr 2326-9865, this one is fake (non-existing)

-According to https://www.scilit.net/journal/6110227 it published close to one hundred papers in 2022 (where the real journal published on average ten papers a year)

-According the above Scilit site the “publisher” is “Auricle Technologies, Pvt., Ltd.” https://www.scilit.net/publishers/5394 all mentioned journals have “issues” and those indicated with *** are already identified as titles that have been hijacked https://retractionwatch.com/the-retraction-watch-hijacked-journal-checker/ :
