Could you please help me to solve this problem?

I have a inner geometry inside an other. A coarse mesh of such a configuration captures the inner geometry but a refined mesh does not. It results in a mesh that does not reproduce the inner geometry as if this latter did not exist in the original configuration.

Please note that, before the meshing process, I first build a topology with 5 mm tolerance and I create a calculation body.

Question: why the inner geometry disappear in the refined mesh?
