I have completed an experiment where I exposed rainbow trout liver cells to copper concentrations of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 M, along with a negative control.

I have recorded the cell viability % at each concentration and produced a dose-response curve as shown below. I know I do not have much data but what can I gather from this (other than an IC50 value) and what statistical tests should i perform on this data.

The graph shows the mean % cell viability on the y-axis and concentration (log) on the x-axis
