We are attempting to differentiate hiPSCs to cortical neurons and will be growing them on glass coverslips. We have to triple coat the glass with poly-L-ornithine (PLO), laminin and fibronectin. Our lab already uses PLO/laminin coating, for which we first coat with PLO overnight then laminin overnight. However we are new to using fibronectin - what order should fibronectin be applied? First, second or last? Or can it be applied at the same time as another protein?
