I have lots of Academic Term Papers and Seminar papers which under go thorough literature reviews and are well reference but do not follow journal article guidelines.
It depends on what you understand by "publication". To find a journal for publication will be very difficult or even impossible. You may upload your papers here at ResearchGate as "unpublished research", see https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293005132305-How-to-add-research, but this will not be regarded as a publication in the narrow sense. Neverless, this way your papers will get some audience.
Hello! If you can find relevant journals that suit your paper's topic, you can update your work according to the guidelines of the respective journal. Your submissions will go under further review, and you will have to make those changes and provide additional data/work. Essentially you will have restructure and re-evaluate your papers so that they can be considered as a publishable works. Best if you try to ready one paper and see how the process goes. Listing them as unpublished research is another strategy, but it will not have the same impact as reviewed-published work. All the best!
