Dear Scholars, in my PSC device i see large variation in 4 electrdes in single device mainly in Jsc and FF varies
Suppose in one electrode Jsc=14.33 and FF=56.170
In 2nd electrode Jsc=13.291 and FF=41.58
I know variation is common but in this device particular large variation

Darya would you please give more description to your devices. Is these variations from device to device or are these variations among one device which is subdivided into smaller solar cells.
In both case the variations reflects the process variability in the first case between the different solar cells that is from cell to cell and the other one reflects the varaibilty inside the same large cell from position to position. It reflects spatial variations of the process while the first reflects the temporal variations.
In fact solution processed devices are characteristic by large process variations either spatial or temporal. In addition the substrate surface plays a large role in the scattering of the properties of the resulting devices. Working in a clean environment is very required for greater reproducability. You can try to elaborate the fabrication process to tighten this variations.
