Have you done thermal conversion of your Ni (Ac)2 after films were formed?

Ideally the diluted solution should be used and films are formed from spray-coating technique. The spray coating with diluted solutions can give you a good film quality. Hope it helps.

Xuhua Wang We are using Spin coating method, yes thermal annealing 340C for 1h.... My NiOx solution in Ethonal only stirred without tempt:, but i see some authours use IPA and methoxyethanol Stirred with 70C

Methoxyethanol solvent gives better film quality.

Xuhua Wang Thank you Prof, solution in Methoxyethanol good excellent, need little suggestion, which solvent is better for C60 (OCD or Tolence), my device is bi-layer ZnO/C60 (ZnO in IPA and C60 in OCD) is this solvent OK?

C60 can be dissolved by DCB or CB solvent. I don't think toluene is good to dissolve C60.
