I have some problem in my J-V curve, once I get 10% PCE and when i scan 2nd time Same electrode I get on 6% PCE, its huge drop, is this issue with my solar cell or problem of technical (i mean) with machine or is this common issue for all

What is the device structure for your perovskite solar cells? The devices definitely degraded. It could come from the device design or lack of device protection.
Yes, some degradation is happening. Electrode is not showing good stability. Please check.
Try Impedance Spectroscopy[1] measurements in addition to your J-V curve(s); it is a very useful technique to understand[2,3] effects related to bulk property of the active layer proving both at nanoscale and at micro-morphology domain due to their multi-frequency Z-spectra overview and their equivalent circuit Z-modeling[4-7]. Also,
1) UV filters dramatically reduces the photodegradation[3] and
2) encapsulation/lamination of the devices is the most common practice to create a physical barrier for water and oxygen permeation into the device[3].

Prof Xuhua Wang My device structure is PIN... maybe less protection, You mean protection during fabrication? or during measurment, ? In one click 10%PCE, 2nd Click 6% and even 3rd click 8% PCE i try multiple times... Do you think any measuring instrument issue or Electrode deposition problem?
Anamika Kadam Yes I have doubt about Electrode, Truly speaking I am in China and electrode depostion machine in Chinese language so i don't use that machine and my colleage combine device,,, Do you think probabily issue in operting machine etc?
Darya Khan, I suggest you to omit the first five cycle scan in J-V curve. One should give time to electrode for stabilize. After five cycle , I think PCE measurement should be checked.
Dear Darya,
I don't think it is the testing instrument issue. The electrode selection and device layer structure could be factors for the device degradation. The device should be encapsulated to protect from moisture and oxygen when you test the devices. Alternatively you could test your devices inside the glove box.
