If I have a mixture of anionic and non-ionic surfactants that will mix together, what are pros and cons if I change the pH of concentration at high pH (pH 12) compared to slightly low pH (maybe pH 10)? My solution must be in basic condition so that all my anionic surfactant are deprotonated.

Since you are far from the pK of the ionic surfactant, the system have similar behavior at pH 10 and 12. The higher pH will give slightly higher ionic strength, 10-2M, due to the extra hydrogen ions. Higher ionic strength pushes ionic surfactants towards rodlike micelles.

Actually I wonder in term of CMC formation, even though pH 10 and pH 12 is being used, what will happen to formation of the CMC of the mixture? any significant different in CMC value?
