When I use a DNA extraction kit, I have to put the microtube on ice after placing it at 65 ° C .
How many degrees Celsius should the microtube temperature reach? Room temperature or refrigerator temperature?
According to the kit manual, the temperature of the centrifuge should not be less than 20 degrees because temperatures below 20 C may cause precipitates to form that can cause the columns to clog,on the other hand after the lysis stage, when I add the binding buffer, I have to put the microtube on ice. Doesn't it cause precipitates to form?
