The angle between grinding wheel and the regulating wheel is necessary to provide the feed movement to a piece. The material enter in the front of the machine, and exit in the rear of machine.

I think there is a misunderstanding. I Need to know what is the effect of swiveling the regulating wheel on its axis (vertical axis). The angle with the Horizontal gives the automatic feeding for the workpiece.
The regulating wheel is tilted at a small inclination angle to control to control the feed of the work past the grinding wheel.
where I= inclination angle of ragulating wheel.
It is the Inclination angle in the horizontal plane that provides the automatic feed to the workpiece, while the Swivel angle in the vertical plane is a setup parameter that is intended for truing of the regulating wheel.
Both these terminologies are used interchangeably in literatures.
