For coumarins, use GC-MS or LC-MS.

Headspace GCMS can be done, but liquid injection would also be fine, especially since coumarins have very low volatility and you have the pure compounds. Please keep in mind that if you are interested in the molecular weight, EI-ionization will not necessarily yield the molecular ion. If you fail to detect the M+* molecular ion, consider using chemical ionization instead.
