I am sorry; this defect cannot be confirmed by the interspecies ICSI or by the hamster egg penetration test. What was the indicator leading you to the suspicion, that the centrosome defect is present?
Dear Pavel Sir , Thrice ICSI Been Done For the subject .
1> Self Gametes : complete fertilization Failure
2> Self gamete : . complete fertilization Failure
3> same sperm : half of sperm injected with self gamete and other half with donor sperm (All donor sperm oocyte fertilized and subject sperm no fertilization at all).
For The Subject : DNA fragmentation test is done :32 % DFI
Nuclear chromatin condensation test , Acrosome intactness test , both are done and seems to be normal .
count is 85 million /ml
grade 1 motility approx : 40 %
karyotyping is also done no abnormalities .
WHAT COULD BE THE REASON SIR FOR THE COMPLETE FERTILIZATION FALIURE ?
I agree that you have indications that DNA in your patient is the problem but even so it is unusual to get complete fertilisation failure without other detectable problems such as head morphology abnormal. You say that acrosome intactness and nuclear decondensation "seem normal"? Are you sure? Can you see de condensed heads?
Acrosome and Nuclear Integrity Seems To To Alright , Because The Test Is Been Done In Triplicates To Confirm . What Other Possibiites Can Be There For The Complete Fertilization Failure.
