there are 2 possible errors 1- either your sample extraction was not right or, 2- the protein in your sample is low try to duplicate your sample size, if you got colored solution then you should divide the result by 2.

The reason as I think is that your samples contain low protein concentration that is below the detection limit of the Bradford method you can try the Lowry method instead of the Bradford
