In R. Stake's responsive evaluation, I wonder if the term of responsive mean that answer (response) or sensitive (responsive)? Which one and why? And Stake emphasized that for other evaluation models plans preordinate. What does it mean preordinate?
From my reading, responsive means the same as sensitive, in that the evaluation process is not fully defined prior to, but in response to, participant negotiation.
