I have been working with protein named X ( pI= 6.2 and MW =66 KDa). I obtained some protein crystals in the condition containing high salt NaCl (0.1M Bis-tris pH 5.5, 3M of NaCl), one crystal has the shape as the attached picture. The shape and thickness of the protein seem to be OK, however, their resolution are very low ( 9-10 A). Would you like to let me know what should I do to improve the protein crystal resolution?
