I am new to the field of exosome research and I have isolated exosomes from BMSCs. However, I have noticed that these exosomes do not show efficient effects on OA chondrocytes. I would like to ask the experts in this field if they have any possible ideas to suggest to improve the efficiency of exosomes isolated from BMSCs for OA chondrocytes. Hi..am working on rBMSC derived exosomes and its effect on osteogenesis.. I am not sure about increasing the efficiency of some particularly derived exosomes..what we can actually do is that, we can increase the yield of exosome isolates. Are you planning to work on exosomal cargoes that might have effect on OA chondrocytes?

i tried increasing the yield by culture expansion and as i was facing cell viability issues culturing in serum free conditions, i changed to exosome depleted serum. Then i got a 3 fold increase in the total exosomal yield
