I would like to know which antibodies serve for immunohistochemical identification of osteogenic markers in differentiated osteoblasts of mouse adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells or where I can get information about it.

you can use RUNX 2, Axin/beta catenin, BMP-7, osteopontin, osteocalcin as a markers of confirmation of osteogenic differentiation.
you can use alizarin red staining for calcium deposition
and also the calcium colorimetric assay for the estimation of calcium contents.

If your population of MSCs differentiate only in osteoblasts, any of the markers Imdad and Lia said above will work. If you're worried you might have a mix population, be careful because chondrocytes (which also derived from MSCs) also express Runx2, beta-catenin and Osterix. So if you want a specific marker of osteoblasts, I would go with Osteopontin for pre-osteoblasts and Osteocalcin for fully mature osteblasts.

Is there any specific antibodies for Chondroblast? I am going to specify chondroblast from osteoblast by immunohitochemistry.
Chondroblast you can use SOX9, COL II, AGGRECAN, in some cases COL X.
