I am looking for various antibodies in order to label cortical slices of mouse embryos. Those antibodies are anti-Gsh2 (or gsx2), anti-Emx1, anti-EGFR, anti-Egr1, anti-TGFalpha.
I have used the cell signalling Egr1 antibodies and they are really good, at least on western blots.
Thanks a lot for your answer. Do you have any experience of this antibody in paraffin sections of mouse embryonic cortex?
Best regards
Amandine
