Could any one please suggest to me the most apt acid labile chemical bond (ortho ester, ester, imine, hydrazone, cis aconityl, acetal/ketal) for immobilization of drugs with high number of hydroxyl groups (Example: Drugs like Baicalin) in to the mesoporous silica interior channels.

I want to immobilize interior pores of MSN with hydroxyl group drugs (Baicalin) and the exterior with targeting ligands. So the Targeting ligand immobilization on the exterior with covalent bond like amine linkage should not affect the acid sensitive releasing profile of the internal loaded drug cargo. It would be beneficial for my project if the drug can be released in a controlled manner for even a very short time as less as 10-12 hours in the acidic environments. Thank you very much in advance for spending your valuable time in reading my query.
