Hello.
I want to ask about the way to make ROI from other image.
Please imagine streets and buildings.
I have a multi-fluorescent microscopic image and have a figure for each color (red, green, blue...).
I want to ignore some cells, like 'buildings'.
I have a image showing interstitium, like 'streets'.
I want to create ROI, which is correspond to 'streets', from this image.
By doing so, I think it is possible to ignore the information of cells.
I tried 'Analyze particle' but it did not work well (maybe inner cells is included in the ROI).
Could you tell me the way to create ROI by other image?
