I conducting an ELISA with human plasma, the reagents are from R&D(DY008), the sample dilution buffer is 0.05%PBST and the plasma is diluted 5 times. While the final OD from sample wells are even lower than the control PBST well, if I diluted plasma with a lower multiple, the final OD is even lower. Please help me with the problem, thanks!
