  I am working on a project about the IL-33 induced ILC2-dominant asthma mouse model. However, I have a problem for building this animal model. I have read a lot of papers, and most of the researchers administrated the mice with 1ug mIL-33 on day 1,3,5 and then the mice were sacrificed on day6.I ordered the mIL-33 from Peprotech and I found that the inflammation was quite mild and I cannot figure out why. Therefore, I will be really appreciated if some scientists can give me some advice on how to do this mouse model and what is the problem with my method?
