This is not my field of research, but I may contribute some general thoughts. Naturally, at that time all proceedings were printed. Some of these have been digitized since then, but many are still available only as books in libraries. The bibliographic data you provided are scarce. AIChE Annual Meeting may be the title of the proceedings, but it sounds rather just like the name of the conference where this paper was presented. It may be that proceedings were never published. I have seen such citations of oral presentations in publications, although they are useless because the paper is not available at all, only those who attended the meeting could hear it. Sometimes offprints of the presented papers were distributed at meetings but were never published, and most of these offprints have been thrown away since then. Wolfgang R. Dick Thanks for your answer. I have already read the report you cited before I asked for help. And I have a question about an important equation in that conference paper. Some articles that cited the conference paper gave different results from the report you mentioned. I want to find the differences between these two papers. As you know, it has been a long since this paper was published in the AIChE Annual Meeting in 1960. There is no information on the website of AIChE(American Institute of Chemical Engineers) and no electronic version on Google Scholar or other websites. As you said, this proceeding may be available only as library books. Anyway, thanks for your advice.
I recommend to contact the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (https://www.aiche.org/about/contact-us#panels-pane-custom-custom), explaning also the background of your question. Perhaps they may provide a scan or at least they can say whether proceddings from this meeting were printed or not.
