I'd like to do a test of human blood hemolysis and I heard that people donate a drop of their own blood to do the test. Is there anyone who can tell me how to do this?
Well a drop of blood won't help. You will need a person (preferably phlebotomist) to collect you blood samples in red and purple vacutainers (2ml each is enough). Then perform the tests needed to confirm hemolysis (Coomb's test - direct and indirect, reticulocyte count, other tests).
