Hello everyone,

Recently I tested two different primary antibodies for PDGFRA in carcinoma tissues (breast, colon, ovary) and both showed obvious staining in cell nucleus. However I understand PDGFRA are mainly expressed in cell membrane.

I also tested three antibodies for LIN28A in colorectal cancer tissues, all of them showed quite weak staining in cytoplasm of glandular cells and strong staining in nucleus and cytoplasm of some other cells which are between these glandular tubes (Are they lymphocyte or neurocyte? I don't know).

Has anything like that happened to you? Is there something wrong with the antibodies or the experiments? Look forward to your answer, thank you very much!
