The position of the spots change during movie recording using prism-type TIRFM?

I tried to image Cy5/Cy3 labeled DNA using prism-type TIRFM. But the position of the spots seem to change during movie recording. I think I didn't touch the sample stage of the microscope. I have tried to lower the concentration of the labeled DNA flowed into the channel, but without any improvement.
