No ion spray current on TSQ Quantis Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer?

I changed the H-ESI needle on TSQ Quantis Mass Spectrometer and found the ion spray current turned down to zero. It was around 31 uA before the change. Does anyone know what caused this issue and how to fix it? Thanks!!!
