If you are measuring the interplanar spacing, what is the justified % of error to consider?

I am measuring the interplanar spacing of some nanoparticles, but many of them are not exactly as the fcc that have to be.

I look for an aproximate value to mine, But I like know what is the porcentage of error "necessary" to consider in this measures to no misinterpret my results

Can anybody help me?
