If the concentration of the DNA sample being used is 2micromolar and I want the adjust the ratio to 10?

concentration of the DNA in sample is 2micromolar

the N/P ratio has to be fixed to 10.i have calculated that the concentration of the polycation has to be 93.8nanomoles.

Is this right? any help will be deeply appreciated
