Dears,

I have been focusing this year on improving all the motivational programs within the organization I work at. These programs, which are also called Rewards and Recognition Programs, took accountability and delivering results as major indicators.

However, I'm looking to run a program that increases the level of positivity for all employees. Positivity has a wide perspective for all of us, but what I want is to enhance the idea of taking opportunities and eliminating negative thoughts.

Any ideas or examples for such a plan?
