I conducted acute and subacute oral toxicity tests in Albino rats focusing on hematological and biochemical toxicities. Some of the values obtained in the treatment group were significantly different from the control group (water was given instead of the test chemical). However, I was informed that these values are still within the normal range for the rats in tge treatment groups. I would like to know what the normal values are for hematological & biochemical parameters in Albino rats of different ages. If you know of any resource(s) that can help, it will be much appreciated.

The question cannot be answered without information as to strain. There are several albino rat strains and they vary in these parameters. Your rat vendor should have normal data collected for your strain. Or you can go to Charles Rivers or Envigo websites where normals are published. Or just do a google search as there is much online already.
