In pediatric intracranial nongerminomas or secreting germ cell tumors, our institutional protocol (Istanbul University Oncology Institute) which we had presented in ASCO 2009

is 3 courses of BEP (Bleo, cisplatin,etoposid) followed by radiotherapy and we are satisfied with our results.

Also you may find the protocol by German pediatric intracranial Germ cell tumors led by Gabriella Calaminus.

Thank you so much for your valuable reply. I have read the german protocol by G. Calaminus. I would be grateful if you could let me know the radiotherapy regimen for the NGGCTs please.
