I will extract chitosan from Astacus leptodactylus. But there are some issues I don't understand in the method. I would be glad if you help. If you have applied this method, can you please help?

What are the settings for Soxhlet Extractor (AUTOMATIC)? I have difficulty in doing this procedure. How can I do it?
